March 14, 2025

Adam Rucker is the Executive Director at Wurtland Nursing and Rehab, where he has dedicated himself to improving the lives of those in long-term care since 2007. A Morehead State University graduate, Adam holds a background in sociology, criminology, and social work, which has greatly influenced his approach to leadership and care.

From the start of his career, Adam has always had a passion for helping others. He was drawn to healthcare because he believes the elderly and vulnerable populations deserve a voice, and he is dedicated to ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect.

Adam is deeply motivated by the positive changes he sees within the Wurtland community and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of residents. During times of challenge, his faith, family, and purpose keep him focused on making a lasting impact.
